In the last scene of ZNMD, when Imran and Arjun try to convince Kabir to reconsider his marriage, Imran tells him: “Let it go. Let it go, Kabir.”
That, to me, is the goosebumpy moment.
Because in order to be free, we gotta let go of everything that is keeping us away from who we want to be.
You got to let go. Only then you will let it in.
But, how can you let go of things. There are somethings that you cannot let go off and you don’t want to let go off. In the past, one student of my university insulted my father. I couldn’t do anything because he was more powerful than me but I have not forgotten or I’ll never ever let go of it. I am not going to take revenge but I want to hold it. Make myself powerful enough so that nobody couldn’t do it next time.
