If someone sends a thank you note, out of the blue, to you or your team or someone else
There are 2 options you have
1. This guy seems genuine. He believes in thanking people and in comforting them. And maybe that’s what I need to do to him, because this is his worldview
2. Nonsense. Sending this note to earn brownie points. Fraud!
It is not hard to realize which of the two paths above has a higher chance of success
Suddenly, it doesn’t matter which of the two options are true!

I would give the benefit of my doubt to the sender and believe it’s the first option. Keep my judgmental part aside and enjoy the positivity!
Sir your the great person i have ever seen. Whatever i call it, individual, matured, philosophical, dynamic, manipulator, rebel etc. The best thing about you is you know what you are and what you need. Knowing about ourselves is the main thing. I got a lot of my personal question solved after watching your interviews. Your skill of communication is pure and lovely. The cocept of thankng someone to make them comfortable is the great concept ever. I am not fluent in english else i would have written everything i think about. I Would really feel proud to meet you if i get a chance.
