Failure is not going to be “rewarded” only when you become “successful.”
Failure is simply sharing the bumps you faced on your road, and the lessons you learnt from them.
Their purpose is not to show you have arrived, rather to let others arrive where they wish to, without making the same mistakes as you did.
When you truly understand failure, you are successful already!
